Article 211 of The Indian Constitution: Restriction on Discussion

Part 6 of the Indian Constitution dedicated to State Government, In this part, Chapter-III contains a provision about The State Legislature. In this chapter Article 208 to Article 212 is grouped for defining the general procedure of legislation. Where Article 211 restricts discussion in the legislature.

Article 211: Restriction on discussion in the Legislature

No discussion shall take place in the Legislature of a State with respect to the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
