IPC Section 463: Forgery
1 2 Whoever makes any false document or false electronic record or part of a document or electronic record, with intent to cause damage or injury, to the public or to any person, or to support any claim or title, or to cause any person to part with property, or to enter into any express or implied contract, or with intent to commit fraud or that fraud may be committed, commits forgery.

My case is about forged witness signature of Government Employee by my family member who created will in his favour as SISTERS GRAND SON where legal heir son,and daughter live property belongs to my father still no title no probate. The bank sanctioned loan on such documents. Property not yet registered in his favor from 27.05.1995. Notary attestation without Notarial Registration number. Can I file criminal case against him and Civil Suit to quash fradulent will
